YISS Unveils New Kindergarten Wing

During the summer of 2022, YISS invested much time and resources in upgrading parts of our campus. One area in particular that went through a major change was the creation of the new kindergarten wing. The remodeling of this area allows for all kindergarten homerooms to be in the same hallway and all elementary homerooms to be located in the same general area on campus. The renovation project also included a brand new play-based learning space.

The construction consisted of portioning out three bright, new homeroom classrooms and a multipurpose art and music room for the kindergarteners. Each classroom has an exterior door that leads outside to the new play-based learning area. The design decisions were made with our young learners in mind, creating spaces for various learning styles.

Our kindergarteners have transitioned seamlessly into their new hallway, enjoying their new learning environment and play-based learning space.
