YISS Forensics Takes Second at KAIAC Tournament

On November 16, the Forensics Speech and Debate team successfully competed in the KAIAC tournament at GSIS. Congratulations to speech team members, Jaelyn K., who placed first in Poetry, Iris K. and Seunghun L., who broke into finals for Oratory, Semee Y. who placed first in Prose, Seunghun L. who placed first in Impromptu, Mandy S. who made it into the finals, and Aiden Y. who placed second in Extemporaneous.

Among the debate team members, Elleanna C. and Jonathan M. placed second in Public Forum, Kaelyn K. & Lauren P. placed second in Parliamentary, Lukas M. placed first in Lincoln Douglas, and Eugene L. placed fourth. With everyone’s contribution, the YISS Speech and Debate earned second place. Special thanks to the volunteer judges. Way to go, YISS Forensics!
